随着市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,消费者的权益保护意识和能力日益增强。但在农村,假冒伪劣商品仍旧泛滥,农民消费权益屡屡受损。通过对农村消费权益保护缺陷形成原因以及相关因素的分析,指出农村假冒伪劣商品存在根源在于农村经济发展滞后。只有建立相关的制度保障才是解决问题的关键。
With the gradual establishment and improvement of the market economy system, consumers are increasingly aware of their rights and protection. However, in rural areas, counterfeit and shoddy goods are still flourishing, and the rights and interests of farmers are repeatedly damaged. Through the analysis of the formation causes and related factors of rural consumer rights protection defects, it is pointed out that the root causes of counterfeit and shoddy goods in rural areas lie in the backward development of rural economy. Only the establishment of the relevant system of protection is the key to solving the problem.
