高职高专英语教学的成功,很大程度上取决于教师在教学过程中所扮演的各种角色。建设一支创新型的教师队伍,是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要保证。教师的创新教学法对学生创新能力的培养十分重要。文章通过创新型教师作用的阐述,希望对提高高职高专英语教学质量有所帮助。
The success of English teaching in higher vocational colleges depends to a great extent on the teachers’ various roles in the teaching process. Building an innovative team of teachers is an important guarantee for cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability. Teachers ’innovative teaching method is very important to cultivate students’ innovative ability. Through the explanation of the role of innovative teachers, the article hopes to help to improve English teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
