在必特螺旋霉素萃取过程中,考察了萃取时间、水酯相比和pH值对必特螺旋霉素各组分以及弱极性杂质分离的影响,并分析了异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅲ和弱极性杂质的分配系数。结果表明,两者的分配系数随pH值的增大而逐渐趋于零;调节萃取pH值为4.4,弱极性杂质的去除率为40.6%,同时异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅲ含量大于30%。
