介绍了在双重加热离子轰击炉内进行球铁曲轴离子软氮化的工艺研究。通过与气体软氮化对比试验表明，离子软氮化比气体软氮化处理具有较高的经济效益。
The process of ion nitrocarburizing of the iron camshaft in a double heated ion bombardment furnace is introduced. Compared with gas nitrocarburizing test, it is shown that ion nitriding is more economical than gas nitriding.
