自1996年下半年以来,我们按照“三改一加强”的要求,以推进产权制度改革为突破口,冲破条框束缚,大刀阔斧地采取了一系列商业改革举措,经过一年多的实践,取得了较好的改革效应,全系统经济发展逐步呈现出持续、有效、良性发展的态势,1997年1—10月份全系统销售总额达2.98亿元,比同期增长18％,减亏增盈188.2万元,在镇江市四县两区同行中名列榜首。
