The results showed that the mineral elements in apple pear fruit showed some regular changes with the seasons. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium decreased with the increase of fruit, while the contents of iron and boron changed undulatingly. Zinc rose slightly in the later stages of growth. Fruit and leaf calcium and manganese content was significantly negatively correlated, while phosphorus and potassium were significantly positive correlation. Among the mineral elements, the content of potassium was the highest, accounting for about 55% of the total amount of the major elements, followed by nitrogen. Iron accounted for about 60% of the total trace elements, followed by boron. Of the five indicators that make up quality, nitrogen, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium play a major role, but iron, zinc, boron and manganese in trace elements also play an important role, especially in the five indicators that make up iron, There are 2 items in the first place. Multivariate correlation analysis showed that there was a complex interaction between the mineral elements of fruit. Through the path analysis, it was clarified that the total sugar played a dominant role in the five indicators of fruit quality, and the direct impact of each element on the total sugar amount, the interaction between the elements and the indirect impact on the total sugar amount were clarified.
