故障现象:放入光盘后找不到目录,或目录出现后按播放键不工作。检修:开盖检查,光头清洁,上下聚焦动作及激光亮点正常,但人为向外移动光头后,开机光头回不到起始位置,判断光头驱动电路有故障。查主板IC400(KA9259)竟烧出裂纹,引脚还有烧糊状,看样子是过流损坏。仔细查找原因,发现光头在支架上移动到中部有阻塞感,拆下支架,原来支撑光头的两根金属导柱其中之一的中部位置有凸出毛刺。先用锉刀锉平,后用抛光砂纸打磨,恢复原样,用万用表R×1Ω档给光头给进电机供电,来去自如。
