一、现状自1925年法国开始研究农用电热线以来,目前世界许多国家都己在农业上大量使用了电热线。早在1961年日本的电热育苗面积就达到了一千万平方米;1977年农用电热用电量占农业总用电量的比重,苏联是20%,奥地利是40%,西德是55%,美国是60%。
