我院1988年对105例50岁以上人群进行了血液流变学检测,现报告如下。资料与方法对象:把44例高血粘状态者列为观察组。其中男性34例,女性10例,年龄50~72岁,平均为60.02岁。把61例血液流变学正常者列为对照组。其中男性41例,女性20例,年龄50~70岁,平均57.86岁。方法:采用上海第一医学院和上海供电局研制的 XN-2型自动计时直显比粘度和切变速率可调节的玻璃毛细管式粘度计,测定切速为700秒~(-1)(下称高切变速率)、75秒~(-1)(下称低切变速率)和红细胞在自身血浆中往返速度的红细胞电泳时间。
