催眠术不仅仅应用在心理治疗方面,在一些中小企业的日常管理活动中,催眠术同样能够发挥积极作用。催眠术的原理是心理致幻。几乎每一个企业老总都想让员工产生某种幻觉——高度认同企业文化,自觉遵守企业制度,甘心服从管理。在实际生活中,一般的中小企业总是或多或少地存在这样或那样的小问题,由此而造成员工对企业的满意度不是很高。针对这种情况,企业可以对员工实施催眠术管理。这样既可以弥补正常管理活动的一些缺陷,又会使员工热情饱满地投入到工作中。
