乌盟电业局在“三个代表”重要思想学习教育活动中，以改变企业领导管理思路，改变领导工作作风，改进工作方法为切入点，结合电力行业特点，紧紧抓住农牧民群众普遍关注的行风建设，优质服务作为落实“三个代表”要求的具体体现，实实在在为农牧民群众办实事，社会效益显著。
In the study and education activities of the important thinking of the “three represents,” UPC’s Electric Power Bureau changed the management thinking of the company’s leaders, changed the style of leadership work, and improved work methods as the starting point. Combining with the characteristics of the electric power industry, the Ukrainian Electric Power Bureau firmly grasped the masses of farmers and herdsmen. The general attention to the construction of the ethos and quality services as a concrete embodiment of the implementation of the requirements of the “three represents,” is actually providing practical work for the masses of peasants and herdsmen, with significant social benefits.
