应用各种试剂对矮腥厚垣孢子各部分进行溶解或消化,结合组织化学试验,肯定了孢子的形态,用机械方法分开了孢子各部分。厚垣孢子壁由几个明显的层次所组成,包括胶鞘,网状结构及分作两层的内孢子。网状结构被含有类脂的物质与内孢子粘合。利用化学试验及组织化学技术,对孢子各层的化学组成作了部分肯定。胶鞘主要是果胶物质的复合体,结合半纤维素(包括胼胝质)及类脂质(可能部分是磷脂)。网状结构含有果胶物质,半纤维素(包括胼胝质),蛋白质,黑色素及类脂质(可能部分是磷脂)。把网状结构粘合到内孢子去的物质含有类脂质。它的其它组成成份虽然证明有甲壳质但不能与其他层物质明显分开。内孢子外层主要是甲壳质,但用组织化学方法显示有半纤维素(包括在不成熟孢子及不育孢中的胼胝质)。内孢子内层只少含有甲壳质,半纤维素及果胶物质。胼胝质及蛋白质可能存在,但利用所作试验不能与邻接构造区分开来。原生质体含有果胶物质,蛋白质,半纤维素(包括在不成熟孢子及不育孢中的胼胝质)及类脂质(大多是麦角甾醇。
Various reagents were used to dissolve or digest all parts of the dwarfed chlamydospore. Combined with histochemical tests, the morphologies of the spores were confirmed, and the spores were separated by mechanical means. Chlamydospores consist of several distinct layers, including a plastic sheath, a reticular structure, and an endospore subdivided into two layers. The reticular structure is bound to endospores by lipids-containing substances. Using chemical tests and histochemical techniques, we partially affirmed the chemical composition of spores. The plastic sheath is mainly a complex of pectic substances that combine hemicelluloses (including callose) with lipids (which may be partially phospholipids). The network contains pectin substances, hemicelluloses (including callose), proteins, melanin and lipids (probably partly phospholipids). The material that binds the network to the endospores contains lipids. Its other components, although proven to have chitin, can not be distinctly separated from other layers. The inner spore outer layer is mainly chitin, but hemicellulose (including callose in immature spores and sterile spores) is shown histochemically. Internal spore inner contains only chitin, hemicellulose and pectin substances. Callose and protein may exist, but the use of the test can not be distinguished from the adjacent structure. Protoplasts contain pectin substances, proteins, hemicelluloses (including callose in immature spores and sterile spores), and lipidoids (mostly ergosterol.
