目的应用实时定量RT-PCR方法检测咽拭子中麻疹病毒核酸。方法荧光定量real-timeRT-PCR方法检测麻疹病毒核酸;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测麻疹特异性IgM抗体。结果荧光定量RT-PCR方法在咽拭子中检测麻疹病毒核酸的结果是准确的。结论荧光定量RT-PCR方法是一种快速、简便检测麻疹病毒核酸的方法 ,适用于麻疹病毒的早期诊断。
Objective To detect measles virus nucleic acid in throat swabs by real-time quantitative RT-PCR. Methods Fluorescent quantitative real-time RT-PCR was used to detect measles virus nucleic acid. Measles-specific IgM antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The results of fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR in detecting measles virus nucleic acid in throat swabs were accurate. Conclusion The fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method is a rapid and simple method for the detection of measles virus nucleic acid and is suitable for the early diagnosis of measles virus.
