随着社会主义市场经济的确立,信息咨询业蓬勃发展。据报载,截至1992年11月13日,杭州市已有593家从事咨询业务的企业注册。图书馆作为文献信息中心,理应积极研究、参与社会信息咨询活动。最近,笔者以北京地区为主,对一些经金商贸(简称“经贸”)性质的信息咨询公司的现状和特点作了调查分析,并初步探讨了图书馆的对策。所调研的单位是:中国国际经济信息中心(CIEIC:China International Economic InformationCentre)、化工部经济信息中心、北京图新公司信息咨询部、北京市商业咨询公司、北京丸博国际商
With the establishment of a socialist market economy, the information consulting industry has thrived. It is reported that as of November 13, 1992, there were 593 enterprises engaged in consulting business in Hangzhou. As a document information center, libraries should actively study and participate in social information consultation activities. Recently, I mainly focused on the area of Beijing. I conducted an investigation and analysis of the status quo and characteristics of some information consulting companies that are traded on the basis of gold commerce (referred to as “economic and trade”), and discussed the countermeasures of the library. The units surveyed are: China International Economic Information Center (CIEIC), Economic Information Center of Ministry of Chemical Industry, Information Consultation Office of Beijing New Photo Consulting Co., Ltd., Beijing Business Consulting Co., Ltd.,
