１９９７年陕西省大中型服装及其它纤维制品制造企业３１８个，产值（现值）８８４１３万元，其中章晓慧牌服装 ６０６万元，在陕西服装行业中排列第８位，在陕西女装中列首位。１９９８年章晓慧女装销售额占陕西省城镇居民购买女装金额的０．５％，在陕西女装品牌中，章晓慧品牌占首位。 读完陕西省统计信息咨询中心提供的这组数字，笔者走访了章晓慧服装设计有限公司年轻的董事长──章晓慧女士。
Shaanxi Province, 318 large and medium-sized clothing and other fiber products manufacturing enterprises in 1997, the output value (present value) 884130000 yuan, of which Zhang Xiaowei licensing clothing 6.06 million yuan, Shaanxi garment industry ranked No. 8 in Shaanxi women’s first in the column. 1998 Zhang Xiaohui women’s clothing sales accounted for urban residents in Shaanxi Province to buy 0.5% of the amount of women’s clothing brand in Shaanxi, Zhang Xiaohui brand first. After reading this set of figures provided by Shaanxi Provincial Statistical Information Center, the author visited Ms. Zhang Xiaohui, the young chairman of Zhang Xiaohui Fashion Design Co., Ltd.
