应用不同渗透势的甘露醇溶液研究不同水分张力对花生品种种子萌发的影响,结果表明:水分张力在0~10大气压条件下平均发芽率在90%以上,根长范围为1.24~10.59cm,10大气压下个别品种不产生侧根。在14~18大气压范围内,绝大多数品种的发芽率低于80%,根长范围降为0.14~1.58cm,且不产生侧根.据此,将14大气压作为花生种子萌发实验的最高限.用Q型群分析法将有关性状综合分析,可有效地筛选耐旱品种资源.
The effect of different water tension on the germination of peanut seeds was studied by using different osmotic potential mannitol solutions. The results showed that the germination rate of peanut seeds was over 90% with the water tension at 0-10 and the root length ranged from 1.24 cm to 10.59 cm. Some varieties under atmospheric pressure do not produce lateral roots. In the range of 14-18 atmospheres, the germination rate of most varieties was less than 80%, and the root length range was reduced to 0.14-1.58 cm without lateral roots. Thus, 14 atmospheres were taken as the maximum limit of peanut seed germination experiments. Using Q-type cluster analysis to comprehensively analyze the related traits, the resources of drought-tolerant cultivars can be effectively screened.
