“复·语”实际上是以版画的特性为基础的,具体来说,版画具有复数性、间接性,与其他画种相比,这是它最根本的两个特点。复数性,比如说咱们看到的这些版画,我们做好版以后,它能印很多张,油画和国画就不一样,只能是那么一张,所以说版画具有复数性这个特点。另外一个就是间接性,间接性也是这样,我们都知道,油画、国画的语言相对来讲都比较单纯,在画布或宣纸上直接地进行表现,表现结束了,作品也就完成了。版画则不然,它必须做版,也就是说艺术家的意向或想法,包括创作的主题等等,都要通过这个间接的版来完成,所以说它实际上有一个中间环节。对于间接性的概念,咱们学校本身,不单是你们学理论的,包括绘画系的,对版画都不是很了解。复数性和间接性是版画最根本的特征,所以我们就根据版画的这个基本特性将题目确定为“复·语”。
