目的:讨论心理学在儿童牙体治疗中所起的作用。方法:选取我院2014年到2016年3年间的儿童牙体患病患者共106位,随机的将这些孩子平均分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加心理治疗,再观察每组患儿的就诊配合情况。结果:对照组有21例(39.6%)配合治疗,观察组有52例(98.1%)配合治疗,观察组比较配合治疗,他们之间的差别具有统计学意义,心理学在儿童的牙体治疗上有十分重要的作用。结论:心理学在儿童牙体治疗上意义重大,应该多加临床推广。
Purpose: To discuss the role of psychology in pediatric dental treatment. Methods: A total of 106 pediatric dental patients from 2014 to 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated routinely. The observation group was at On the basis of routine treatment plus psychotherapy, and then observe the treatment of children with each case. Results: There were 21 cases (39.6%) in the control group, 52 cases (98.1%) in the observation group and the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Psychology in children’s dental treatment There is a very important role. Conclusion: Psychology is of great significance in pediatric dental treatment and more clinical promotion should be done.
