目的了解普通手术间与洁净手术间在手术进行状态下空气中细菌含量的动态变化。方法采用自然沉降法监测手术前静止状态、手术开始30 m in、90 m in、120 m in手术间空气中细菌含量。结果洁净手术间在监测的4个时间点细菌总数均低于普通手术间(P<0.01)。结论有条件的医院应建立洁净手术室,无论洁净手术室还是普通手术室,都应做好规范管理,限制手术间人数及活动频率,降低空气细菌含量,确保手术安全。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of bacteria content in air during the operation between general surgery and clean surgery. Methods The method of natural sedimentation was used to monitor the state before surgery. The airborne bacterial contents in the operation room for 30 m in, 90 m in and 120 m in the operation were measured. Results The total number of bacteria in the clean operation room at 4 monitoring points was lower than that in the common operation room (P <0.01). Conclusions There should be a clean operating room in the qualified hospitals. Both the clean operating room and the ordinary operating room should be well regulated, limit the number of operating rooms and the frequency of activities, reduce the airborne bacteria content and ensure the safety of the operation.
