在医药卫生领域当中,资金的投入是促进和改进医药卫生体制改革的基础和有效保障,它也是一种非常重要的调控以及引导的方式和手段。对医院的财政政策进行科学有效的管理,可以对医院的健康稳定发展起到促进性的作用,但要是对财政管理没有真正做到实处,则就会对医院起到严重的负面影响,进而使得政府对医院的有限资金投入量出现较大的亏损。本文主就从县级公立医院当中的财政政策的具体改革形式做出了详细的分析和探究。
