患者,男,88岁。发现左阴囊肿物伴坠胀感3年余。入院查体:左阴囊可触及一大小约14.0 cm×12.0 cm×10.0 cm的肿物,边缘不光滑,局部呈结节状,质地不均,无压痛,左侧正常睾丸触及不清,透光试验阴性;右侧睾丸附睾未触及异常。肿瘤标记物:甲胎蛋白(AFP)4.51 ng/ml,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)1.1 m IU/ml,均在正常值范围内。彩超示:左阴囊探及
