碱性磷酸酶是动物和微生物界普遍存在的一种含锌酶,它在物质代谢中起着重要的作用。碱性磷酸酶能催化几乎所有的磷酸单酯进行水解,产生无机磷和相应的醇、酚或糖,但却不能水解磷酸二酯类。已有文献报道了细菌、真菌等微生物、软体动物的蜗牛和真蛸以及牡蛎、棘皮动物的海星等无脊椎动物以及哺乳动物的不同组织等来源的碱性磷酸酶的研究。但对扇贝碱性磷酸酶的研究至今尚未见有报道。本文拟对华贵栉孔扇贝Chlamys nobilis (Reeve)碱性磷酸酶的性质作一些初步探讨,并通过硒酸和亚硒酸对酶的化学修饰,期望能得到有关该酶结构方面的信息。有利于扇贝人工养殖顺利开展。
Alkaline phosphatase is a ubiquitous zinc-containing enzyme in animal and microbial communities that plays an important role in the metabolism of matter. Alkaline phosphatase catalyses the hydrolysis of virtually all phosphate monoesters to produce inorganic phosphorus and the corresponding alcohols, phenols or sugars but does not hydrolyze the phosphodiester. Research on alkaline phosphatase from sources such as bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms, mollusks of snails and jackals, as well as oysters, echinoderms and other invertebrates, as well as mammalian tissues has been reported. However, scallop alkaline phosphatase research has not been reported. In this paper, some preliminary studies on the properties of Chlamys nobilis (Reeve) alkaline phosphatase were carried out. Through the chemical modification of selenic acid and selenite, we hope to get the information about the structure of this enzyme. It is conducive to the successful breeding of scallop artificial breeding.
