本文提出了一种将金属精炼和连铸两道工序结合在一起的金属精炼—连铸一体化装置。其特点是连铸机的结晶器直接与精炼炉连接,在精炼金属的同时或于精炼之后立即进行连铸。使用这种精炼—连铸一体化装置能够提高铸坯的纯净度。通过精炼和连铸的直径5mm断面铸坯的热态试验结果表明,精炼炉与连铸机实现一体化,在技术上是可行的。
This paper presents a metal refining and continuous casting two processes together the metal refining - continuous casting integrated device. It is characterized by the continuous casting machine mold directly connected with the refining furnace, refining the metal at the same time or after the continuous casting. Using this refining - continuous casting integrated device can improve the purity of the slab. The results of thermal tests on the billet with a diameter of 5 mm through refining and continuous casting show that it is technically feasible to integrate the refining furnace with the continuous casting machine.
