实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是云南社会稳定和经济繁荣的重要条件。在社会主义市场经济条件下,坚持按劳分配的基本方针之一,就是要坚持允许一部分人、一部分地区通过诚实劳动、合法经营先富起来,提倡先富带动和帮助后富,最终实现共同富裕。毫不例外,云南建设社会主义的根本目标,也是要实现全体劳动人民的共同富裕。本文试就云南实现共同富裕的问题、困难和途径谈点看法。
To realize common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and an important condition for social stability and economic prosperity in Yunnan. Under the socialist market economy, one of the basic principles of adhering to the principle of distribution according to work is to insist that some people and some regions, through honest work and lawful management, get rich first, promote wealth-driven and help the rich and eventually common prosperity . Without exception, the fundamental goal of building socialism in Yunnan is to realize the common prosperity of all the working people. This article tries to talk about the problems, difficulties and ways of achieving common prosperity in Yunnan.
