监测62例正常中期妊娠羊水、胎血和母血的酸碱内稳状态,以期探讨三者之间的关系。结果显示羊水中的氢离子指数(pH)、血浆缓冲碱(BBp)和碱剩余(BE)值明显低于脐静脉血和母动脉血(P<0.001),但羊水二氧化碳分压(Pco_2)值明显高于后两者(P<0.001);三组羊水的 Pco_2值随孕周增加而升高(F=19.87,P<0.01),羊水氧分压(Po_2)值明显低于母动脉血(P<0.0005),而与脐静脉血相近(P>0.1)。脐静脉血 Pco_2值明显高于母动脉血(P<0.001),但其 Po_2值则明显低于母动脉血(P<0.001)。羊水和脐静脉血之间的 pH、Pco_2和 BBp 值,羊水和母动脉血之间的 Pco_2和 BBp 值,母动脉血和脐静脉血之间的 Pco_2和 BBp 值都具有显著的相关性。
Monitoring 62 cases of normal midterm amniotic fluid, fetal blood and maternal acid-base stability, in order to explore the relationship between the three. The results showed that hydrogen ion index, BBp and BE in amniotic fluid were significantly lower than those in umbilical cord blood and mother blood (P <0.001), but amniotic fluid carbon dioxide partial pressure (P <0.001). The values of Pco_2 in amniotic fluid in three groups increased with gestational age (F = 19.87, P <0.01), and the value of oxygen partial pressure in amniotic fluid was significantly lower than that in mother blood P <0.0005), but similar to umbilical cord blood (P> 0.1). Pco_2 values in umbilical cord blood were significantly higher than those in the mother blood (P <0.001), but their Po_2 values were significantly lower than those in the mother blood (P <0.001). The values of Pco_2 and BBp between amniotic fluid and umbilical vein, Pco_2 and BBp between amniotic fluid and mother blood, Pco_2 and BBp between mother and umbilical blood were significantly correlated.
