目的了解海安县居民膳食结构状况。方法采取整群随机抽样,用称重法和24h回顾法进行连续3d摄入调查。结果海安县居民膳食结构主食、水产品、蛋类、豆类人日均摄入量与新版《中国居民膳食指南(2007)》(下称指南)相符,蔬菜类是指南建议量的70%,畜禽肉是《指南》建议量的1.25倍,乳类及水果分别是《指南》建议量的11.4%和21.5%,食用油和食盐分别是《指南》建议量的1.42倍和1.30倍。结论海安县居民膳食结构存在不合理现象,需要加强营养教育,引导居民合理膳食。
Objective To understand the dietary status of residents in Haian County. Methods A randomized cluster sampling was used to investigate the continuous 3-D ingestion by weighing method and 24h retrospectively. Results The daily dietary intake of staple foods, aquatic products, eggs and pulses of residents in Hai’an County was in line with the new edition of the “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2007)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”), which accounted for 70% of the recommended amount of vegetables, Poultry meat is 1.25 times the recommended guideline, milk and fruit are 11.4% and 21.5% of the recommended amount of Guide respectively, while edible oil and salt are 1.42 and 1.30 times respectively as recommended in the Guide. Conclusion There is an unreasonable dietary structure in Haian County residents. Nutritional education needs to be strengthened to guide residents to a reasonable diet.
