目的准确掌握东港市媒介按蚊种群构成、分布和种群密度及季节消长,为科学实施《中国消除疟疾行动计划(2010-2020年)》项目提供全面准确的基础数据。方法诱蚊灯法、栖息蚊虫捕捉法、人诱帐法。结果诱蚊灯法捕获的按蚊占捕蚊总数的19.83%,按蚊活动时间为6月上旬-10月下旬,高峰季节为7-9月,夜间20:00-24:00时及清晨4:00-5:00时是按蚊吸血活动高峰。结论东港地区按蚊密度较高是蚊种构成比的第3位,是该地区蚊虫防治工作的重点。
Objective To accurately grasp the population composition, distribution, population density and seasonal fluctuation of An. Mosquito in Donggang City, and provide comprehensive and accurate basic data for the scientific implementation of the “China Action Plan for Malaria Elimination (2010-2020)”. Method of mosquito lamp method, habitat capture method of mosquitoes, people induced account method. Results Anopheles mosquito captured by mosquito lamp accounted for 19.83% of the total number of mosquitoes. Anopheles mosquito activity time was from early June to late October, peak season from July to September, nighttime from 20:00 to 24:00 and early morning 4 : 00-5: 00 Anopheles vampire activity peak. Conclusion The density of Anopheles mosquitoes in Donggang area is the third highest mosquito species constituent ratio, which is the focus of mosquito control in this area.
