采用不同贮藏方法、催芽处理进行丝栗栲(Castanopsis fargesii)种子发芽试验,并对11个地理种源的丝栗栲种子进行种子千粒质量、含水量检验和发芽试验,探讨丝栗栲种子催芽、贮藏技术及发芽率与种子千粒质量、含水量的相关性。结果表明:(1)沙藏可最大限度的保持丝栗栲种子活性,越冬后种子发芽率与新鲜种子相比,发芽率仅下降1.2%,但种子发芽周期比新鲜种子增长了将近一周。(2)用冷水浸泡24h丝栗栲种子发芽率达95.0%,比未催芽处理提高5.0%,还可缩短种子发芽周期将近3~4d。(3)丝栗栲种子的发芽率与含水量存在着显著的正相关关系,含水量是影响丝栗栲种子发芽率的主要因素之一,在贮种选种中,含水量的控制十分关键。本研究解决了丝栗栲种子越冬贮藏、催芽处理等关键技术,可为丝栗栲育苗提供理论指导和技术参考。
The seeds of Castanopsis fargesii were germinated under different storage methods and germination treatments. Thirteen germplasm resources of Castanopsis fargesii were seed germinated and tested for 1000-grain weight, water content and germination. , Storage technology and germination rate and 1000 seeds of seed quality, water content. The results showed as follows: (1) The sand bank could keep the seed activity of chestnut shrimp to the maximum extent. After overwintering, the germination rate of seed was only decreased by 1.2% compared with fresh seeds, but the seed germination cycle increased nearly one week compared with the fresh seeds. (2) The germination rate of Seeds of Castanopsis fargesii was soaked in cold water for 24 hours was 95.0%, which was 5.0% higher than that of untreated ones. The germination period of seeds could be shortened nearly 3 ~ 4 days. (3) There was a significant positive correlation between seed germination rate and water content of Castanopsis fargesii. Water content was one of the main factors affecting the seed germination rate of Castanopsis fargesii. Control of water content was very important in seed selection . This study solves the chestnut gall seeds overwintering storage, germination and other key technologies, can provide theoretical guidance and technical reference for the breeding of Sorrel.
