“远程医疗”是计算机通信技术和医学工程技术高度发展的产物．进入网络信息时代，网络化多媒体技术的发展更是推动了“远程医疗系统”的研究和实现．本文根据作者在上海医科大学所进行的一些工作，阐述了作者在国内首家实现的上海医科大学“远程医疗系统”模型分布式、开放性的技术特点和实施过程中的一些技术细节，并对远程医疗系统在我国的开展和推广进行了一些研究和展望．
Telemedicine is a highly developed product of computer communication and medical engineering. Into the network information age, the development of networked multimedia technology is to promote the “telemedicine system” research and implementation. Based on the author’s work carried out in Shanghai Medical University, this paper expounds the technical characteristics of the distributed and open telemedicine system of Shanghai Medical University which is the first in China and some technical details in the process of implementation Telemedicine system in our country to carry out and promote a number of studies and prospects.
