为解决引进产品——Ek系列自动化仪表结构件的原材料问题,由冶金部和北京市仪器仪表总公司批准,北京电表厂,北京钢铁研究总院,抚顺钢厂共同承担了易切削不锈钢的研制任务。经过两年的努力,研制成了“仪表用钙硫易切削不锈钢冷拉棒材及丝材”、(牌号为YOCr16Ni10MoCuCaS,简称为Ca—S易切削不锈钢)。经过试用和有关化学成份、机械物理、电磁等性能的检测达到了课题要求。技术指标达到了在世界上应用较为广泛的美国A1S1303的水平。
To address the introduction of raw materials - Ek series of automated instrumentation structure of the raw materials, the Ministry of Metallurgical and Beijing Instrument Corporation approved the Beijing meter factory, Beijing Iron and Steel Research Institute, Fushun Steel jointly assume the task of cutting stainless steel research and development . After two years of hard work, the company has developed a “Meter CaSi easy-cutting stainless steel cold-drawn bar and wire” (grade YOCr16Ni10MoCuCaS, referred to as Ca-S free cutting stainless steel). After the trial and related chemical composition, mechanical physics, electromagnetic properties such as testing to achieve the subject requirements. Technical indicators have reached the level of the United States widely used in the United States A1S1303.
