社会发展对人才的要求越来越高,当前,中国社会急需实用型的综合性人才,这就给职业学校的人才培育带来了极大的机遇与挑战。职业学校为了进一步提高学生的综合素质,必须完善其教学管理制度,使学生能实现全面发展。本文从中国职业学校教学管理制度存在的问题入手,分析并提出了如何进一步完善教学管理制度的措施。
The demand for talent in social development is getting higher and higher. At present, Chinese society urgently needs practical and comprehensive talents, which brings great opportunities and challenges to the personnel training in vocational schools. Vocational schools in order to further improve the overall quality of students, we must improve its teaching management system so that students can achieve all-round development. This article starts from the existing problems of the teaching management system in Chinese vocational schools, analyzes and puts forward the measures to further improve the teaching management system.
