纤维素性枝气管炎较罕见,国内自1958年以后,见诸文献报告者仅3例。而肺结核患者并发纤维素性枝气管炎,除姜鸿文氏等于1965年报告过矽肺结核患者咯出纤维素性枝气管管型2例外,尚未见有关报导。兹将笔者所见一例,报告如下: 赵×,男,38岁,住院号65—4536。患者于1960年夏发现肺结核病,右上肺并疑有空洞,痰中查见抗酸杆菌,曾配合使用人工气腹治疗二年后,因病情稳定而停止气腹,继续内服异烟肼。1965年12月14日突咯血数口,次日因大口咯血住院治疗。
