编辑老师:您好!我在仔细研读2016年第9期《集邮博览》杂志“读者评刊”栏目时,发现广东刘振邦先生对拙文《没有最晚,只有更晚——安徽马鞍山仍在使用旧式单线圆形三格式日戳》持有异议。刘先生在文中指出“改制后的中国邮政储蓄银行使用的业务戳记不再是邮政日戳,再讨论它是什么样式的邮政日戳已毫无意义”。由此看来,想必刘先生认定拙文中取款通知单上的填单日戳为邮储银行方面加盖,然而事实情况并非如此。在这里,我想同广大读者分享自己的一段经历,大家一看即明:彼时我在撰写《没有最晚,只有更晚—安徽马鞍山仍在使用旧式单线圆形三格式日戳》一文时,特地扫描了取款通知单作为配图。之后没过几天,我正打算凭此取款通知单去银行兑取稿费时,却发现该单不慎遗失,所幸电脑中留存有之前扫描的电子
