《通论》第二篇金融市场,包括第八、第九两章。 (一)金融市场的地位和性质 在社会主义市场体系中,金融市场是一个必不可少的重要组成部分,是其中最为活跃的市场,是市场中的市场,是左右其他市场的市场,是市场体系运作的中枢。从金融市场的属性上看,它具有四大特性:一是交易的公开性,二是交易方式的竞争性,三是交易行为的规范性,四是市场运行的有序性。这四大特性虽然也是各种市场都应具备的基本属性,但由于金融市场所体现的交换关系和利益转移远比商品市场要灵敏得多、复杂得多,因而金融市场的属性更要鲜明、完备。 (二)金融市场的分类
