培养技术型人才是高职教育的主要目标,学生除了需具备大学理论知识外,更要有一定的专业技术和技能。这必然要求有一支好的师资队伍,不仅理论知识扎实,更重要的是实践经验要丰富。实践教学的师资队伍建设是提升整体教学水平的一个很重要的环节。本文阐明了实践师资队伍建设的重要性,探讨了加强民办高职院校实践师资队伍建设的途径。
Training technical talents is the main goal of higher vocational education. In addition to having a university theoretical knowledge, students should also have certain professional skills and skills. This necessarily requires a good faculty, not only a solid theoretical knowledge, more importantly, practical experience should be enriched. The construction of teaching staff in practice teaching is a very important link in enhancing the overall teaching level.
