目的观察增殖细胞核抗原在庆大霉素诱发的中毒性急性肾小管坏死动物模型中的表达并探讨其意义。方法成年Wistar大鼠皮下注射庆大霉素(400mg/kg/day)2d,对照组用NS。用免疫组化方法检测不同时相点肾组织中增殖细胞核抗原的分布及强度。结果在使用庆大霉素后的表达第5天明显增强,第11天最强,至第15天恢复正常。结论在细胞修复过程中对DNA复制起重要的调节作用。它的表达可以作为肾小管上皮细胞修复的标志之一。
Objective To observe the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in gentamicin induced toxic acute tubular necrosis in animal models and to explore its significance. Methods Adult Wistar rats were injected subcutaneously with gentamicin (400 mg / kg / day) for 2 days, and control rats were treated with NS. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the distribution and intensity of proliferating cell nuclear antigen in renal tissues at different time points. The results showed that the expression of gentamycin significantly increased on the 5th day, the strongest on the 11th day and the return to normal on the 15th day. Conclusion The cell repair plays an important regulatory role in DNA replication. Its expression can be used as one of the markers of renal tubular epithelial cell repair.
