目的 探讨EB病毒(EBV)感染与鼻咽部各类型肿瘤的关系。方法 采用原位杂交EBV检测试剂盒cat.No:40EBVISH,对52例鼻咽部不同分化类型的肿瘤组织及慢性炎症标本中EBV的存在与分布情况进行检测。结果 在高、中、低分化鳞状细胞癌标本中,EBVRNA阳性数标本数分别为16、27和1620;低分化腺癌、泡状核细胞癌标本的阳性数标本数分别为24、46;非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤阳性数标本数为24。EBVRNA存在于几乎所有肿瘤细胞中,而肿瘤的间质细胞、浸润的淋巴细胞、癌旁上皮细胞以及慢性鼻咽炎症(5例标本)的上皮细胞为阴性。结论 EB病毒的存在与癌组织类型和分化程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection and various types of nasopharyngeal tumors. Methods In situ hybridization EBV kit cat.No:40EBVISH was used to detect the presence and distribution of EBV in 52 different types of nasopharyngeal tumor tissues and chronic inflammatory specimens. Results The positive numbers of EBV RNA in high, moderate and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma specimens were 16, 27 and 1620, respectively. The numbers of positive specimens for poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and soma were 24 and 46 respectively. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma positive number of the number of 24. EBVRNA is present in almost all tumor cells, whereas tumor stromal cells, infiltrating lymphocytes, para-cancerous epithelial cells, and epithelial cells of chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation (5 specimens) are negative. Conclusion The existence of Epstein-Barr virus is closely related to the type of cancer and the degree of differentiation.
