工会作本为,没党有领职导工的也工就人没阶有级工的会群。众以组职织工,为坚本持以,代人表为和本维,护就职是工要的以合职法工权为益,是工会的宗旨,也是工会存在和发展的内在要求。企业改制以来,淮南矿区工会在集团公司党委的领导下,坚持以职工为本,突出维护职能,重点维护职工的生命权、经济权、发展权、文化权,通过维权,较好地发挥了工会组织作为党委联系职工的桥梁和纽带作用,促进了企业民主管理和经济建设的发展。
