Sichuan Province is a multi-ethnic inland province with an area of 570,000 square kilometers and a population of over 100 million. So to speak, Sichuan is in some ways the “miniature” of China. Reporter: As a big landlocked province in Sichuan Province, compared with the coastal areas, the reform lags behind a little, which may be a common problem for most inland provinces. This year marks the key year for the reform. The Central Government provides all provinces with an equal reform environment. How are the ideological preparations for cadres and the masses at all levels in Sichuan?
