现在各业校差不多都订了学生公约,作为学习上和生活上的指南,这是很必要的;但是有的学校不免流于形式,为「订公约」而「订公约」,忽略了公约的意义,甚至有的认为没有公约是个很大的缺欠,不好看,于是东拉西凑,认为写的含义越深,词藻越美,才是最好的公约,但结果能起一些什么作用呢?大部都成了教室的装饰品,减低了公约的价值,为什么如此呢?是有下列几种原因:
