例1男,46岁,因鼻塞、流泪伴头痛10个月入院。该患者10个月前无诱因出现双侧鼻腔鼻塞并头痛就诊于当地医院,鼻塞多呈交替性,伴流泪,以右侧为著,行手术探查,病理检查回报“上颌窦梭形细胞肿瘤”。当地建议到上级医院行系统诊治,故患者来我院就诊。病程中无发热、咳嗽、咳痰,无恶心、呕吐,饮食、睡眠良好。查体:各项生命体征平稳,心肺腹未见明显异常。专科情况:外鼻无畸形,无鼻翼煽动,鼻黏膜略充血,鼻中隔无偏曲,双
