党员队伍的活力既代表了党员队伍组织建设的水平,也代表了党员的个人素养。加强党员队伍建设既有利于提升党组织的建设水平,也有利于提高党员的个人素养。在新形势下,由于多种原因,党员队伍的活力建设面临着一些问题,这些问题亟需我们解决。我们要根据大学生党员的特点,通过多种途径来切实提升党员队伍的活力。
The vitality of party members not only represents the level of organizational construction of party members, but also represents the individual accomplishments of party members. Strengthening the party members’ team building is not only conducive to enhancing the party’s organizational level, but also conducive to improving the individual qualifications of party members.
