撤点并校已走过10年时间,自2001年《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》(下称<决定>)中提出“撤点并校,举办寄宿制”开始,这项规模浩大的撤点并校迅速而直接地改变了中国乡村教育,影响到每一个农村家庭。
