小西河是双辽市主要的防洪工程,历年来都受着客水的威胁。结合双辽市中小河流工程实际情况及双辽市城市发展需要,对小西河进行综合整治。
Xiaoxi River is the main flood control project in Shuangliao City and has been threatened by passenger water over the years. Combined with the actual situation of small and medium-sized rivers in Shuangliao City and the need of urban development in Shuangliao City, Xiaoxi River is comprehensively treated.
