2008年12月国家发展和改革委员会颁布的《珠三角地区改革发展规划纲要(2008-2020年)》,将珠海定位为现代化区域中心城市和生态文明的新特区,争创科学发展示范市。时任广东省委书记汪洋给珠海做好下一步工作也提出要求:珠海经济要能参与全球经济中高端竞争。这些定位和要求都迫使珠海进行产业结构的战略性调整,本文就地处珠海的高校在这种形势下如何扮演好自己的角色进行探讨。
In December 2008, the “Plan for Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta Region (2008-2020)” promulgated by the National Development and Reform Commission identified Zhuhai as a new regional center city and a new special area for ecological civilization, striving for a scientific demonstration city. At that time, Wang Yang, secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, gave Zhuhai the next step in its work and put forward requirements: Zhuhai’s economy should be able to participate in high-end competition in the global economy.
