以氟哌酸为原料，合成了5种尚未见报道的衍生物，经体外抗菌试验验证，部分衍生物的活性优于氟哌酸；并对其结构与活性的关系作了探讨。
With norfloxacin as raw material, five derivatives have not been reported. The antibacterial activity of some derivatives was better than norfloxacin. The relationship between structure and activity was also discussed.
