目的了解基层卫生院医院感染管理中存在的问题。方法通过对15家基层卫生院采取现场检查的方法。结果对医院感染认识不足,医院感染管理存在制度不健全、领导重视不够、工作人员知识缺乏、消毒隔离措施不到位等。结论建立医院感染监控有效机制,健全各项规章制度、加强基层卫生院医务人员的培训,加强消毒隔离措施,防止交叉感染的发生。
Objective To understand the problems of hospital infection management in primary health care hospitals. Methods By 15 grassroots hospitals on-site inspection methods. Results The lack of awareness of hospital infection, hospital infection management system is not perfect, inadequate leadership, staff lack of knowledge, disinfection and isolation measures are not in place. Conclusion The establishment of an effective mechanism for monitoring and controlling of nosocomial infections, improve the rules and regulations, strengthen the training of medical personnel in primary health clinics, strengthen disinfection and isolation measures to prevent the occurrence of cross-infection.
