氯化钠沉积粗糙化方法可以用来对熔凝硅石毛细管注的内壁进行修饰。用这种预处理的空柱可以明显提高对OV-101,OV-17,Superox-20M和OV-225几种常用的低粘度商品固定液的涂渍成功率。对制备好的几种柱子的放置稳定性进行了观察。
The sodium chloride deposition roughening method can be used to modify the inner wall of the fused silica capillary. The pretreatment of the empty column can significantly improve the coating success rate of several commonly used low viscosity commodity fixatives of OV-101, OV-17, Superox-20M and OV-225. The stability of several prepared columns was observed.
