Many researchers have conducted extensive research on the pressure loss of fiber layers and achieved good results. However, these studies assume that the airflow is a small Reynolds number flow, ie, a flow. However, static-reinforced fiber layers often run in large Reynolds flow. In this paper, the definition of the dimensionless fluid resistance per unit length fiber in the large Reynolds number flow field is given, and the formula for calculating the dimensionless fluid resistance and the pressure loss of the hard fiber layer is obtained by the analogy method. According to the law of mass conservation, this paper also quantitatively analyzes the characteristics of the static reinforced fiber layer in the state of dust. Finally, the results of these studies were confirmed experimentally.
