为了总结和交流我国在土石坝设计、施工及运行方面的经验,找出存在的问题,促进我国土石坝的发展,中国水力发电工程学会水工及水电站建筑物专业委员会和施工专业委员会于1985年12月10日至14日在西安召开了“土石坝学术讨论会”。会议讨论、交流涉及的内容有:(1)土石坝的型式选择;(2)钢筋混凝土斜墙堆石坝;(3)沥青混凝土防渗墙堆石坝;(4)土石坝的应力和稳定分析;(5)现代土石坝的辗压技术;(6)土石坝原型观测;(7)土石坝的安全检查;(8)已建土石坝的缺陷处理。36个单位50余名代表参加了会议,提交会议交流材料20余篇。会议中介绍小浪底坝高173米,准备采用土心墙土石坝;天生桥一级水库坝高180米,准备采用面板堆石坝;浙江150米高的珊溪坝及130米高的滩坑坝均采用堆石
In order to summarize and exchange experiences in design, construction and operation of earth-rock dam in our country, find out existing problems and promote the development of earth-rock dam in China, the professional committees and special committees of hydraulic structures and hydropower stations of China Hydropower Engineering Society in 1985 December 10 to 14 held in Xi’an, “earth dam seminar.” The topics for discussion and exchange during the meeting include: (1) the type selection of earth-rock dam; (2) reinforced concrete inclined-wall rockfill dam; (3) asphalt concrete impervious wall rockfill dam; (4) stress and stability of earth- (5) Rolling technology of modern earth-rockfill dam; (6) Prototype observation of earth-rockfill dam; (7) Safety inspection of earth-rockfill dam; and (8) Defective treatment of earth-rockfill dam. More than 50 delegates from 36 units attended the meeting and submitted more than 20 exchange materials.
